equipment wear tiers wield remove hold grab

Usagewear <object/all/best>
In CKMud equipment can improve various stats that can either increase/reduce damage dealt and received. More powerful gear is locked behind tiers that can only be worn after a powerlevel requirement has been met. All equipment has a "rating" which is the sum of all its stats. This rating can be viewed by using a scouter to "Analyze" the equipment. The "wear" command is used to equip gear to the equipment slot that the object is assigned to. wear <object>: If the equipment slot is empty this will equip the specified object. wear all: This command will equip any gear in your inventory to any available equipment slots. No consideration is given to equipment stats with this command. wear best: This command first removes all currently equipped gear, it then re-equips gear based on what is available in your inventory starting with the highest "rated" gear. wear best armor: AutoEquip gear with highest ARMOR wear best str: AutoEquip gear with highest STR wear best spd: AutoEquip gear with highest SPD wear best int: AutoEquip gear with highest INT wear best wis: AutoEquip gear with highest WIS wear best weighted: WEIGHTED gear (bonus PL gains) first in every slot, then your highest rated gear where you carry none wield <weapon>: Equip a weapon into your weapon slot. hold <item>: Hold an item in your off hand (also grab). remove <item>: Take a piece of equipment off. mobtiers mobtier

Every creature has a tier, and a higher tier makes it tougher in several ways. A creature's tier is not your own tier, and it does not decide the tier of the gear it drops. How it works: - A higher tier creature blocks, dodges and deflects your attacks more often. - It shrugs off afflictions better: each tier takes a little off your chance to land one. - Its skills hit harder with each tier. - A boss that calls minions calls them faster the higher its tier. - A rival takes its tier from yours, see Rivals. - The tier of random gear a creature drops comes from the creature's level instead, see Loot. Where you see it: > compendium bosses tier 6 Lists the bosses of tier 6. - Open a creature's full entry in the Celestial Compendium to see its Tier. - compendium tier <number> lists gear of that tier, which is not the same thing.

skilltiers boosted supreme

A mastered skill can be raised further with tokens, one tier at a time: Boosted, then Supreme, then Ultimate. Type request to see what each step costs; Ultimate shows ??? there, and Ultimates gives its price and rules. How it works: - request boost <skill> takes a skill from Mastered to Boosted, request supreme <skill> from Boosted to Supreme, and request ultimate <skill> from Supreme to Ultimate. Attack skills and focus skills can both be raised. - Each of these requests typed without a skill lists the skills you can raise with it. - Ultimate needs tier 6, see Levels and Experience, and takes only your own race's skills, plus some absorbed skills for Bio-Androids. The heal family stops at Supreme, apart from heal and omniheal. - A raised skill still counts as mastered, so Quick Recovery still works on it, see Cooldowns. - From Boosted on, your Hitroll and Damroll add more to an attack skill's damage. From Supreme on, your stats add more as well, and Ultimate raises both again. - Each step up bypasses 5% more of the target's armor: 5% Boosted, 10% Supreme, 15% Ultimate. - Each tier raises the chance an attack skill's afflictions land, and the extra damage of a first strike skill opening a fight. - An Ultimate ki skill costs 4 times the Ki, and an Ultimate physical skill 3 more Fatigue. - Remorting takes your skills back below mastered, which drops their tiers, see Remort. A skill you took to Ultimate before costs less to take there again. Where you see it: - learn shows a raised skill as Boosted, Supreme or Ultimate in place of its percent. - skillinfo <skill> shows the cost at your tier, and the Penetration, base and effective.
