God Ki is the divine energy pool that fuels the Ultra forms. You gain a pool once you learn Ultra Instinct or Ultra Ego. Androids, majins, biodroids, saibamen, icers and konatsu never have one. Spending: Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego burn god ki while active, and when it runs out you fall from the form. Ascendant Ego falls back to Ultra Ego first, and Ultra Ego spends any Ego Credit, see help transfuse, before god ki. Sphinx also earn God Points from draining god ki this way, which feed their god rank, see help godrank. No other race gains God Points from it. Recovering: god ki refills by 5% of its maximum every game hour (75 real seconds), faster while sitting, resting or sleeping, but not at all while an Ultra form is active.
