Training commands in CKMud can increase a variety of stats with little input from the player. All commands drain fatigue during use, if fatigue is maxed then the training will stop automatically. Using a Physical attack like kick or punch will give you XP towards strength or speed. While using Ki attacks like kishot or kamehameha will give XP towards int and wis. The XP awarded per hit is determined by skill cost. Training in gravity can multiple the XP gains, but also increases the required fatigue to use. The 'Train' command can be used to show your current XP for each of the 4 main Stats.
Jog - +PL, +LBS, +SPD Exercise - +PL, +UBS, +LBS Pushups - +PL, +UBS, +STR Situps - +PL, +UBS, +STR Meditate - +PL, +WIS Study - +PL, +INT - Using Training commands in gravity will improve STAT XP - Chance to become INSPIRED when training for increased PL and STAT training gains.
