skilltiers boosted supreme

A mastered skill can be raised further with tokens, one tier at a time: Boosted, then Supreme, then Ultimate. Type request to see what each step costs; Ultimate shows ??? there, and Ultimates gives its price and rules. How it works: - request boost <skill> takes a skill from Mastered to Boosted, request supreme <skill> from Boosted to Supreme, and request ultimate <skill> from Supreme to Ultimate. Attack skills and focus skills can both be raised. - Each of these requests typed without a skill lists the skills you can raise with it. - Ultimate needs tier 6, see Levels and Experience, and takes only your own race's skills, plus some absorbed skills for Bio-Androids. The heal family stops at Supreme, apart from heal and omniheal. - A raised skill still counts as mastered, so Quick Recovery still works on it, see Cooldowns. - From Boosted on, your Hitroll and Damroll add more to an attack skill's damage. From Supreme on, your stats add more as well, and Ultimate raises both again. - Each step up bypasses 5% more of the target's armor: 5% Boosted, 10% Supreme, 15% Ultimate. - Each tier raises the chance an attack skill's afflictions land, and the extra damage of a first strike skill opening a fight. - An Ultimate ki skill costs 4 times the Ki, and an Ultimate physical skill 3 more Fatigue. - Remorting takes your skills back below mastered, which drops their tiers, see Remort. A skill you took to Ultimate before costs less to take there again. Where you see it: - learn shows a raised skill as Boosted, Supreme or Ultimate in place of its percent. - skillinfo <skill> shows the cost at your tier, and the Penetration, base and effective.
