time weather lunar moon

Usagetime, weather
Both commands show the same panel: the time, the weather above you and your planet's moon. Time: a game hour passes every 75 real seconds, so a full game day goes by in 30 real minutes. Weather: every planet has its own weather, and open space has weather of its own. The panel shows the weather where you stand and what is coming next. You can only see the sky outdoors. Moons: every planet has its own moon on its own cycle. Saiyans and Half-Breeds standing outdoors transform under the full moon of the planet they are on, so a full moon over one world means nothing on another. Destroying a moon: at night, outdoors on a planet and out of combat, aim a single target ki attack at the moon, for example kamehameha moon. Area blasts cannot reach it. Each moon has its own hit points and shrugs off part of every blast, and the panel shows both. Every hit earns PL for the damage it deals, priced like a share of a raid boss kill. Damage only adds up over one night, because the cracks seal at dawn, so several fighters can work together. When a moon breaks the whole planet sees it, anyone in Oozaru there reverts, and no one can transform under it until it returns 24 real hours later. The panel counts down to its return.
