Super Saiyan 4 earns a charge for each landed physical or ki skill and spends them all on the next successful combo. It normally holds three. Primal Reserve lets it hold more, so every combo payoff grows. THE THREE RANKS: 15 points Hold 4 charges 25 points Hold 5 charges 35 points Hold 6 charges 75 points for all three. WORTH KNOWING: Saiyans only, in Super Saiyan 4. Each charge spent still adds the same ki boost, guard and Relentless Beast effects, see 'help forms_saiyan'. Relentless Beast still adds at most 9 rounds to one Berserk.
