Help & getting started

Dissonance needs 3 minutes to settle after it runs its full course, less when it ends early. Restless Discord shortens that cooldown. THE THREE RANKS: 12 points Cooldown 2:40 16 points Cooldown 2:20 20 points Cooldown 2:00 48 points for all three. WORTH KNOWING: Konatsu only. An early end is still shortened by the rounds you did not use, now measured from the reduced cooldown. The shorter cooldown starts with the next Dissonance you end, not one already counting down.
