tourney highstakes ctable
Usage
cjoin | cbet <amount|all> | craise <amount|all> | ccall | ccheck | cfold | cleave | ctable | payoutThe Friday High Stakes tournament: no limit Texas Hold'em at one table, once a
week. Everyone pays the same entry and plays it as chips, and the last player
with chips takes every chip at the table.
When:
- Fridays from 8 PM to midnight Central (9 PM to 1 AM server time). A game
still running at midnight plays on.
- One game a week: once it starts, or once midnight passes without one, the
table stays closed until next Friday.
- Staff sometimes open a special table on other days. It plays the same way,
its winner earns the same prize, and it never takes the place of the Friday
game.
Commands:
cjoin Pay the 10,000,000,000 zenni entry and sit down.
cleave Before the start, leave with your entry back.
cbet Bet your total for the round: cbet 300m.
craise Raise to a total: craise 2.5b, craise all.
ccall Call the bet.
ccheck Check.
cfold Fold your hand.
ctable Show the table: level, blinds, board, every stack,
who is to act and their seconds left, and your
cards. cpoker on its own shows the same.
cpoker act Set up an act, as at the poker tables.
payout The blind levels.
cleave forfeit Leave a game in play. Your stack is lost.
Rules:
- Up to 8 players. Players on the same connection cannot both enter.
- A ten minute countdown starts with the second entrant and starts over only
when more players are in than ever before. The dealer calls out every minute
left. A full table starts after one minute. Walking away before the start
also returns your entry.
- Early limits for the first 10 hands: every bet and raise is the small blind,
there is one raise a round, and nobody goes all in. A call that would put you
all in is refused, so fold instead, and the house pays a blind your stack
can't cover.
- No limit from hand 11. The least bet is the big blind and the least raise is
the last raise again. An all in short of a full raise does not reopen the
betting.
- While you are still in a game, quest, raid, chat, music and event channels
are paused for you so the table stays readable. OOC and tells still arrive,
and the channels return once you are out.
- Blinds start at 50,000,000 and 100,000,000 and rise every ten minutes, up to
a 40,000,000,000 big blind.
- Once play starts you cannot walk away or quit, and being moved out of the
room forfeits your stack.
- If you lose your link your seat waits. Your turns check or fold after 5
seconds, and after 30 minutes away the seat is forfeited.
Prize:
- The last player with chips cashes them all out as zenni.
- From hand 11 on, the winner is also the week's champion, and for seven days
gains 25% more zenni, 3% better boss drops and 10% better boss drop quality.
Winning again while it lasts starts the seven days over.
- If a reboot stops the game, everyone still seated gets their stack back as
zenni and nobody is champion that week.
