Sparking is a state that increases damage for ki attacks while activated. In
order to activate sparking you must use ki attacks. You hold either Sparking or
High Tension, never both at once.

20% Boost to All Ki Attacks 20% Boost to Ki/Hybrid Combos and Autohits 2x Boost
to non-AOE physical attacks[Will deactivate Sparking]
