Usage
use <repairkit name> | use <repairkit name> <target>Repair kits can be used to repair a fixed amount of Powerlevel on any android.
They can be used on yourself, or on an android target.
In combat against another player, repair kits share a 3 minute cooldown with
vitamins and candy. Using any one of the three locks out all three until it
passes. Fighting an NPC does not trigger this.
