Bio-Resonance is a Tuffle line, and the only one that pays you twice for the same rank. Every rank does two things: Straight away: matched implant pairs pay more From then on: all four pool ceilings rise, and everything they feed THE FIVE RANKS: 8 points Pairs pay 5% each, ceilings at 110% 16 points 8% each, 120% 24 points 11% each, 130% 32 points 14% each, 140% 40 points 17% each, 150% All five cost 120 points together and bring you to 34% with both pairs matched, against the 4% every Tuffle gets for free. WHICH PAIRS: Muscle with Actuators Neural with Ki Conduits A pair pays when both pools are at least 10% full and within your tolerance of each other, measured as a share of each pool's own ceiling. So 5,000 Muscle out of 10,000 and 2,000 Actuators out of 4,000 are both halfway, and they match. Raw numbers never matter, only how full. YOUR TOLERANCE WIDENS AS YOU BUY: Free within 10% of each other Ranks 1-2 within 20% Ranks 3-4 within 30% Rank 5 within 40% Because it is measured as a share, raising your own ceilings can never break a matched pair. Both halves move together by construction. WHAT THE CEILINGS UNLOCK: at rank 5, with the new room filled Muscle and Neural: 10,000 each, to 15,000 each Actuators and Ki: 4,000 each, to 6,000 each Implant power level: 250M, to 375M Every stat: 5,000, to 7,500 Both rolls: 30,000, to 45,000 Maximum Ki: 15,000, to 22,500 Maximum Fatigue: 150, to 225 Damage dealt: 40%, to 60% Damage taken: 16.8%, to 25.2% Armour penetration: 12%, to 18% Quicker recovery: 12%, to 18% Crafted gear bonus: 18%, to 28% THE HALF THAT NEEDS WORK The ceilings are room, not power. Every implant point is worth exactly what it was worth before, so the extra capacity is yours to craft into. Nothing you already have gets weaker when you buy a rank, and nothing you already have gets stronger either. The damage from matched pairs is the part that lands the moment you pay. This is why it pairs with help pimplants. Augment Legacy keeps a share of your pools through a prestige, and a bigger share of a bigger pool is worth proportionally more.
