The remort checklist asks you for 2nd Potential. The quest that grants it is called the Namekian Trials, which is why looking up one name almost never turns up the other. They are the same thing. WHERE: Guru's Compound, reachable from tier 2 through tier 4. FIRST POTENTIAL: Collect any one of the four trial stones, then seek out Nail and meet Guru. He unlocks your first potential. SECOND POTENTIAL: Collect all four stones, find the gatekeeper, and kill Brokar. Take the proofstone he drops, then return to Nail and meet Guru again. Keep that proofstone. It gets you back in to hunt Omega Porunga, a later remort requirement, without gathering all four stones a second time. IT RESETS: Every remort and every prestige clears your potential, so this is earned once per cycle rather than once per character. The hitroll and damroll it grants are cleared along with it. SKIPPING IT: Rank 1 of 'pshop waive' lets you prestige without it. That waives the requirement only, it does not grant the potential or its bonuses. See 'help pwaive'.
