fishing castout reelin
Usage
castout | reelinFishing allows you to catch fish for food buffs, PL gains,
and sellable items. To fish, you must be in a room with
water and be holding a fishing pole. Each planet has its
own unique fish, with some exclusive to deep waters.
The Hyperbolic Time Chamber keeps a still pool of its own,
stocked with species found nowhere else, and the chamber's
ten times power level bonus applies to every catch made
inside. Boss fish never bite there.
Fish can be sold to the fish monger on Namek, west of
Kiromba the mentor. You may also reel in rare items such
as tokens, loot boxes, and orbs. Occasionally, a boss
fish may appear, triggering combat. Stronger rods help
land tougher bosses and improve line resistance.
Bait can be purchased from the General Store near Kiromba
and provides additional fishing bonuses. Bait is used
automatically if not stored in a bag and has a limited
number of uses before being consumed.
You use the command 'CASTOUT' to start fishing and 'REELIN'
when you are notified of a bite.
- PL gains are earned when fish are caught.
- Higher tier rods improve bite rate, catch odds, line
resistance, and the strength of bosses that can be reeled in.
- Multi-catch allows catching multiple fish per cast but
does not apply to rods under T2.
- Rare fish bonuses increase the chances of catching
larger, more valuable fish.
- Snap resistance helps prevent the line from breaking
when reeling in heavier fish.
Fishing is a great way to earn PL, items, and Zenni.
