Focus skills and skill attacks have a chance to debuff the target.
Depending on the debuff, target can take Damage over time
or have their stats reduced.
List of Debuffs:
Unravel Defense: Lower target AC by 400 (Base)
Taiyoken: Blind the target
Weaken: Reduce stats of the target
Daze: Stun the target for 2 rounds, preventing all actions.
Afflictions drain 1% of MAX PL every 10 seconds amongst other things.
Shock: Reduce AC by 400
Bleed: Reduce PL/KI TICK regen by 50%
Poison: Reduce Racial resource regen (ie: God Ki, Solar Energy) for some races
Burn: Reduce Racial resource regen for some races
