Help & getting started

Divine Mandate needs 3 minutes to settle after it runs its full course, less when it ends early. Steadfast Mandate shortens that cooldown. THE THREE RANKS: 12 points Cooldown 2:40 16 points Cooldown 2:20 20 points Cooldown 2:00 48 points for all three. WORTH KNOWING: Kaios only. An early end is still shortened by the rounds you did not use, now measured from the reduced cooldown. The shorter cooldown starts with the next Mandate you end, not one already counting down.
