Help & getting started

A Namek's body knits itself back together. Namekian Regeneration restores a share of your maximum health every combat round of a fight, whatever your path or form. THE THREE RANKS: 15 points 0.5% of max health a round 25 points 1% of max health a round 35 points 1.5% of max health a round 75 points for all three. WORTH KNOWING: Nameks only. It costs no ki and stacks with the Regenerate spell and every other heal. It heals quietly each round, so no message fires.
