PLASTRESORT

Usagepshop lastresort
Desperation is the Half-breed rage, with a 3 minute cooldown once it ends. Last Resort shortens that cooldown. THE THREE RANKS: 10 points Cooldown 2:40 15 points Cooldown 2:20 20 points Cooldown 2:00 45 points for all three. WORTH KNOWING: Half-breeds only, for Desperation and Feral Desperation alike. An early end still prorates the cooldown, now from the shorter base.
