An ascended Demon deals 20% more damage to a foe that is burning, and 20% more to a foe that is bleeding. Hellbrand raises that bonus. THE THREE RANKS: 8 points Bonus +30% 16 points Bonus +40% 24 points Bonus +50% 48 points for all three. WORTH KNOWING: Demons, while ascended only. Burning and bleeding each count, so a foe that is both takes the bonus twice: 40% base, up to 100% at rank 3. Evil Blast and Hellfire Blitz can set a foe burning. Sadist adds another 10% against a bleeding foe, and Pyromaniac another 10% against a burning one, on top of it.
