Kame Island Shipwreck Quest Guide

Location: Earth

Reward: Everlasting Oil Drill & boss loot drops

Step 1: Help Launch

On Earth, head to Roshi Island. Once you enter, go east into Roshi’s house and find Launch. She’ll explain that she wants to help Roshi around the house and mentions a shipwreck. Say to her that you want to help.

She’ll tell you to defeat a nearby worm lurking around the beach. Head back outside to the beach and you should see a boss roaming around named Giant Beach Worm. Kill it and collect the Shipwreck Key. If the boss flees, chase him around the island until you kill him. Launch mentions a trap to catch the worm so it won’t flee, but this is not necessary to complete the quest.

Step 2: Into the Deep Blue

Head further east on Kame Island and enter the water. Near the northeast of the ocean, you’ll find a room where you can move down into the Sunken Shipwreck. Once inside the shipwreck, you’ll find a locked door. Unlock and open it to find Barbosa. Kill him and take the Everlasting Tools.

Step 3: Back to Launch

Return to Launch. She will then tell you that the Telescope on the Observation Deck needs repairs and asks if you can help. Head west, then south, then up to reach the top floor of Kame House. Head south to the Observation Deck and repair the telescope before returning to Launch.

Oh no! Launch sneezed and turned into her blonde-bombshell self and attacks you! Defeat Launch to be rewarded with the Everlasting Oil Drill.
