Bastion Outpost Guide

Location: Outer Space

Getting Started

Head to outer space and sense for Bastion.

You'll eventually meet up with "Bastion outpost survivor"

When you reach him he will ask if you want to help him.

Say yes.

Listen to him follow the instructions. That part is pretty straightforward.

Finding the Damaged Circuit

Once inside you'll need to find the North - Bastion Outpost: Broken Conveyor Corridor and "search" for a damaged circuit board... all north all west and all south in the corner. This message appears "You begin to search through all the rubble."

If there is nothing you'll get this message

"You find nothing but scrap and rubble." Keep searching until you get this message

"You uncover a damaged circuit amongst the rubble."

A damaged circuit releases sparks amongst the junk. Will be on the ground "pick it up"

Security Override

Once you have this you can now hack into the security override system.

Make your way clock wise to the miniature power plant and "replace" the circuit with the damaged one by using the "replace" command

Once done head south to the Security override station, a computer terminal should have appeared.

Using the "Hack" command, you now have the password.

Entering the Secure Area

Follow the path all west and north till your only exit is east and south, here you can say the password "Boomstrike"

You will be transported to another room

THIS AREA MOST SPOTS THAT HAVE A # is an area of interest.

The Fabrication Bay

Follow the path until you get to the fabrication bay there will be some mobs here A assembler droid and a fabrication droid And a droid blue print system, kill the droids and use the command "destroy" and destroy the blue print system.

There will be a item left, pick it up

"A destroyed Droid Blueprint System was carelessly left here."

The Smelting Process

Continue west.

You'll come across.

"There is a large pipe running along the ceiling and walls to move molten metal."

If you look at the pipe "look pipe" you'll notice it can be activated using the "activate" command "activate pipe"

But Before this head "west" to the massive smelting forge, look at it use the "overheat" command, you'll be attacked, kill mob and get the molten metal, head back east and activate the pipe.

Boss Fight: Boomstrike

Follow the path west, kill the sentry bot boss, then Overload the cooling vent using the "overload" command

Follow the path west to the next computer terminal, use the command override. Enter the portal for a boss fight. Follow the path to Boomstrike PL: 25,000,000,000

Shrapnelix

When he is dead head back to the portal and make your way all the way east to the exit and say outpost to exit, Shrapnelix should have spawned... go kill him

PL: 35,000,000,000

Pyrodroid Section

After killing Shrapnelix, head back to where you can leave, then head all north and say Pyrodroid "you can just as easily IT to bastion, enter the outpost and just head all north."

Once in you'll meet Reli who wants you to activate 4 conduit panels to rebalance the energy distribution. However there is more to it...

Energy Rebalancing Tasks

You'll need to locate and:

• 'activate' 4 conduit panels
• 'repair' the 3 damaged coolant circuits
• 'discharge' the three overloaded capacitors
• 'redirect' at the relay station
• 'Reboot' the generator and then
• 'stabilize' at the main computer

At this point a portal should open up to Pyrodroid. Good luck. Once he is dead head back to the outpost.

Voltrox Section

Once back in the outpost, you'll want to head to the east side lock and say voltrox make sure your in the right spot, exits would be north south and west, west being the maintenance tunnel.

There is a mini boss here, but make your way all east and find Captain Leila, she has a quest for you.

Captain Leila's Mission

Kill the mobs till you get a few emps, then plant them on the weapon and armor cache's head back to leila and she'll mention something about killing a messenger... be quick, you can sense or pursue the messenger and kill him, failure will result in a failed mission.

Get the drive give it to leila, she'll want you to decode it take it to the decrypt computer and insert drive then you'll see a message to retrieve it. "Retrieve drive" it'll say something about it falling in the ground. It did not, take it back to leila and she'll ask what it said.

Final Boss: Blastoid

Kill voltrox, enter portal, prepare to fight blastoid...
